Abstract
(Ines Marselis, 2020, 6 tables, 5 charts, 15 figures) This research aims to determine the satisfaction of mosque worshipers to the public facilities in the Masjid Agung Palembang. This study uses Regulation of the Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2018 regarding Public Facilities Standards for the Tourism area as a survey instrument to examine the satisfaction of mosque worshipers to the facilities at Masjid Agung Palembang. The method of this report uses the quantitative method of survey method which is assisted by the Statistical Program for Special Sciences (SPSS) version 24. Research techniques for collecting data are observation and questionnaires. In this study, there were 200 respondents who were considered as samples. The writer uses stratified random sampling as a research sample. Based on the results of satisfaction of mosque worshipers to the public facilities in the indicator toilet, parking area, were in appropriate category and in the indicator praying area were in very appropriate. The conclusion is that Masjid Agung Palembang has given satisfaction to mosque worshipers about public facilities in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Tourism Regulation Number 3 of 2018 concerning Public Facilities Standards.
