Abstract

This final report studies about designing script of coffee mixed herbs variants. This purpose of this research is to innovate variant of coffee of mix herbs. And the final product is this research are variants of coffee mixed herbs and the cooking video of coffee mixed herbs. In this research the writer used Research and Development Design method of Sukmadinata (2015). This method used in order, classify and describe the process of designing script of coffee mixed herbs variants. The techniques of collecting the data are interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data got after following Research and Development Method of Sukmadinata (2015) by literature review, preliminary study, model development, and final product testing but, the writer limited the report until final product and directly disseminate the product on Instagram because lack of time and money to finished the research in final product testing. In preliminary study, the writer describe the result of collecting the data by literature study, field survey, and model draft. In model draft, the writer asked some expert in limited testing and wider testing. In conclusion, there are some revisions by the experts’ suggestions related to the recipe and script design. Next, the writer has some suggestions. First for the reader, the writer suggest that this final report can be further developed by the reader with information about coffee and herbs that have been made by the writer by following the advice of the experts. Second for all those who see the final video promotion of innovation coffee or coffee mixed herbs to better recognize and use local coffee products.
