Abstract
This report discussed about designing a script for video promoting of Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu as a Tourism Destination in Palembang. In this final report, the writer used the modified Research and Development (R&D) method by Sukmadinata (2005). There are three stages of the modified R&D method: (1) Preliminary Study; (2) Model Development; and (3) Final Product Testing. In Preliminary Study, there were three steps, literature study, field study/survey, and model draft. In Model Development, there were two steps consisted of limited testing and wider testing. In Final Product Testing, there were three steps included pre-testing, last revision, and dissemination. Based on the data collected by observation and interview about the information of Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu. There were 9 experts participated in giving comments and suggestions. It was concluded that the video script may gave knowledge and information to the readers about Taman Wisata Alam Punti Kayu.
