Abstract
This final report is aimed in designing a booklet about Dr. A.K. Gani Museum for domestic tourists to promote Palembang tourism destination. The problem formulation in this report was formulated into a question: how to design a booklet of Dr. A.K. Gani Museum for domestic tourists to promote Palembang tourism destination. The purpose of writing this report is to know the procedures to design a booklet of Dr.A.K. Gani museum. The writer used research and development method by Sukmadinata (2011). This method has 3 steps: preliminary study, model development, and final product testing. In preliminary study, there were three steps, literature study, field survey, and arranging product draft. In model development, there were two steps consisted of limited testing and wider testing to improve the product into final version. The last stage is final product testing, in this stage the writer did not do this stage because of lack of time, cost, legality, and skill. There were 4 experts chosen purposively; content experts, Indonesian language expert, English linguistic expert, and design expert who has participated in giving comments and suggestion for the developing of the product. The writer used Canva Pro to design the booklet after got the data from preliminary study and development from some experts for better final version. The final product of this final report is booklet of Dr. A.K. Gani Museum consists of profile, history, collections, public facilities, and accessibility.
