Abstract

The aim of this final report was to find out how to write a blog script to promote the typical songket from Prabumulih. This report can be used as a source of information of the typical songket from Prabumulih. This blog consists of the definition, uniqueness, history, price, motifs and philosophy of Prabumulih Songket. The methodology of this research was Research and Development Method (R&D) from Sukmadinata (2005). The steps were: (1) Preliminary Study, (2) Model Development (3) (Final Product Testing). The writer collects data through interviews and documentation as a reference in writing a blog script to obtain information. Script is written by the writer and then given to experts. The results of this study are the writer create a blog script to promote the typical Songket from Prabumulih. It was concluded that the blog script could provide readers with knowledge and information about cultural object to be promoted.
