Abstract
Laporan Akhir ini berjudul “Perancangan Sistem Arsip Rekam Medis Elektronik Berbasis Microsoft Access 2019 Pada Klinik Ummat Palembang”. Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pengelolaan data arsip rekam medis berbasis Microsoft Access yang akan diimplementasikan pada bagian pendaftaran di Klinik Ummat Palembang. Laporan ini dibuat menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengambilan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui proses observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan riset kepustakaan. Beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu butuh waktu yang lama dalam proses pencarian data pasien, ditemukan adanya data ganda, kemudian data yang dicari tidak dapat ditemukan. Saran dari penulis kepada Klinik Ummat Palembang adalah dapat segera menerapkan sistem arsip rekam medis elektronik berbasis Microsoft Access 2019 ini, karena dengan adanya sistem ini dapat mempermudah pegawai Klinik Ummat Palembang dalam melakukan penginputan data, pencarian data pada arsip dan meminimalisir adanya kehilangan data pasien.
