Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem kearsipan elektronik berbasis Microsoft Access pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pertanahan khususnya di Bidang V Pertanahan. Laporan ini ditulis menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data seperti metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Penulis menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis kualitatif deskriptif berupa merancang sistem penyimpanan arsip elektronik berbasis Microsoft Access pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pertanahan khususnya di Bidang V Pertanahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis diketahui bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala seperti sistem penyimpanan arsip pada Bidang V Pertanahan masih menggunakan sistem manual/konvensional, penemuan kembali arsip yang membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, penataan arsip pada map ordner yang tidak tertata rapi sehingga menyebabkan arsip hilang, rusak, dan tercecer. Rancangan sistem penyimpanan arsip berbasis Microsoft Access dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam mengelola arsip. Saran dari penulis pada Bidang V Pertanahan supaya terus menerapkan sistem penyimpanan arsip elektronik berbasis Microsoft Access karena dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan arsip dan juga dalam penemuan kembali arsip lebih cepat ditemukan, dan juga tidak membutuhkan tempat dan peralatan yang banyak, sehingga arsip lebih tertata dan rapi.
