Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh IVM Petshop, serta mengetahui strategi yang tepat digunakan dalam meningkatkan target penjualan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam laporan ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan riset kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahapan strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh IVM Petshop adalah menentukan tujuan, menentukan target pasar, menentukan anggaran, penerapan strategi promosi dalam pencapaian target penjualan. Penerapan strategi promosi yang pertama yaitu melalui periklanan seperti spanduk dan kartu nama bisnis, yang kedua melalui penjualan perseorangan, yang ketiga melalui promosi penjualan, yang keempat melalui informasi dari mulut ke mulut, yang kelima melalui media digital seperti Instagram, e-commerce Shopee dan Tokopedia. Dalam pengaplikasian strategi promosi, IVM Petshop akan tetap mempertahankan strategi konvensional dan digital yang sudah dijalani.
