Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan suatu industri jasa dengan berbagai potensi bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan akibat kerja oleh karena itu, di rumah sakit memerlukan adanya tim yang khusus mengatasi pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Setiap rumah sakit membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pada setiap jenis kegiatan K3 yang bertujuan agar para pekerja dapat mengetahui kejelasan proses pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Judul Laporan Akhir ini adalah Prosedur Penerapan Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Pada RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah prosedur penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di RSUP H. Adam Malik telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan aturan standar operasional prosedur yang berlaku di RSUP H. Adam Malik. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan riset kepustakaan dalam penerapan program K3 di RSUP H. Adam Malik ini masih terjadi kendala yaitu kurangnya kesadaran pegawai dalam mematuhi aturan penggunaan alat pelindung diri bagi pekerja. Dalam melakukan tugasnya, seharusnya pegawai yang bekerja dalam bidang K3 memenuhi aturan penggunaan alat pelindung diri yang telah ditetapkan agar para pegawai dapat bekerja secara profesional dengan taat akan aturan yang ada dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja.
