Abstract
Laporan akhir ini membahas tentang “Sistem Penyimpanan Kearsipan Dalam Memperlancar Administrasi Pada PT Morogan Piberindo Industries Palembang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem penyimpanan kearsipan dalam memperlancar administrasi pada PT Morogan Piberindo Industries Palembang, perlengkapan dan peralatan pada PT Morogan Piberindo Industries Palembang. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan Metode Wawancara dengan salah satu karyawan PT Morogan Piberindo Indsustries Palemban, yaitu dengan Sekretaris Perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Metode Studi Pustaka dan Riset Lapangan, melalui wawancara dan observasi pada PT Morogan Piberindo Industries Palembang. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemui di PT Morogan Piberindo Industries Palembang yaitu sistem penyimpanan arsip berdasarkan abjad yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan alamat pengirim (kop surat), sehingga membuat pencarian dokumen membutuhkan waktu 8-13 menit, perlengkapan dan peralatan yang ada di PT Morogan Piberindo Industries Palembang yaitu stop map folio dan rak arsip, upaya yang bisa diterapkan oleh PT Morogan Piberindo Industries Palembang yaitu dengan menerapkan sistem penyimpanan subjek dikombinasi dengan sistem kronologis dan menambah beberapa perlengkapan dan peralatan.
