Abstract

Studi ini memberikan fokus pada peningkatan efisiensi dalam proses pemantauan dan evaluasi kinerja account representative dalam hal penerimaan pajak. Metode algoritma C4.5 digunakan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi yang dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian penerimaan account representative. Metode SDLC digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk memastikan kesuksesan implementasi aplikasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat lebih mempermudah pegawai seksi PKD (Penjamin Kualitas Data), kepala seksi, dan kepala kantor dalam memonitoring kinerja dan pencapaian dari account representative serta pertumbuhan penerimaan account representative. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja account representative di KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur. Integrasi metode algoritma C4.5 dalam aplikasi monitoring dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cerdas berdasarkan prediksi kinerja account representative. Pengembangan aplikasi monitoring dengan pendekatan SDLC dapat menjadi panduan bagi KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan solusi perangkat lunak yang komprehensif dan efisien.
