Abstract

Dalam PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang menerapkan berbagai jenis pelatihan atau dengan bahasa mereka DIKLAP. DIKLAP ini dilaksanakan utuk para pegawai PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) untuk meningkatkan kinerja para karyawannya. Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan suatu permasalahan yang ada di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang, mengenai belum ada aplikasi khusus yang dibuat untuk melakukan kuesioner kepuasan peserta diklap sehingga karyawan harus menggunakan kertas untuk melakukan kuesioner kepuasan peserta diklap yang kemudian hasil kuesioner diolah ke dalam excel yang harus diketik secara manual hal ini di nilai memakan waktu yang lama dan biaya yang besar. Maka untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang membantu karyawan dalam melakukan pengolahan kuesioner kepuasan peserta diklap. Pemodelan sistem dan basis data menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Kamus Data. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu, HTML, PHP, CSS, dan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Aplikasi kuesioner kepuasan peserta diklap ini memiliki 3 hak akses yaitu, peserta, admin, dan manajer melalui web yang dapat menjadikan proses kuesioner dan pembuatan laporan hasil kuesioner menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien.
