Abstract

PT Haleyora Powerindo merupakan anak perusahaan PT PLN yang bergerak dibidang pengamanan, layanan operasi, dan pemeliharaan pada jaringan transmisi tegangan menegah, tegangan rendah dan jaringan distribusi listrik. Dengan visi menjadi perusahaan terkemuka dalam penyediaan dan pengelolaan sdm yang profesional di bidang operasi dan pemeliharaan transmisi dan distribusi tenaga listrik dan bidang pendukung lainnya. PT Haleyora Powerindo Berkomitmen menyediakan pelayanan serta memberikan iklim kerja yang aman, nyaman serta menghargai kontribusi positif berperilaku transparansi dan terpercaya kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan, termasuk masyarakat. Penilaian kinerja teknisi pada setiap perusahaan sangat penting, hal ini dapat memotivasi teknisi untuk mencapai tujuan individual maupun perusahaan. Sistem akan dibuat sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan dan diharapkan dapat membantu kelancaran serta memperoleh para kinerja teknisi survey yang tepat tentang ketepatan jumlah dan ketepatan lokasi dalam melakukan penilaian. Adapun judul yang akan diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi penilaian kinerja teknisi survey PT Haleyora Powerindo menggunakan metode object oriented analysis and design. OOAD adalah metode analisis yang memerikasa requirements dari sudut pandang objek yang ditemui dalam ruang lingkup permasalahan yang mengarahkan arsitektur software yang didasarkan pada manipulasi objek sistem atau subsistem. Sistem memberikan informasi mengenai data pelanggan, data survey, data teknisi, serta data penilaian.
