Abstract
Tujuan penulisan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk membangun aplikasi pengajuan tugas belajar bagi PNS berbasis website pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporanini adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak air terjun (waterfall). Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini dengan menggunakan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Blockchart, Flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan adanya Aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan Pegawai Negeri Sipil kota Palembang untuk mengajukan tugas belajar di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya (BKPSDM) kota Palembang. Aplikasi ini juga memudahkan pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya (BKPSDM) kota Palembang selaku admin dalam hal pengarsipan dalam pengajuan tugas belajar kota Palembang, karena data akan disimpan kedalam database sehingga data akan mudah dicari, diolah kembali, dan tidak akan hilang.
