Abstract
Laporan akhir yang berjudul “Aplikasi Sistem Antrian Online untuk Meminimalkan Waktu Tunggu Pengunjung menggunakan QR Code di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palembang berbasis Website.” Dalam proses pengambilan nomor antrian sering terjadi kerusakan mesin antrian sehingga nomor antrian tidak keluar dari mesin antrian hal inilah yang membuat terjadinya penumpukan antrian dan membuat semakin banyak waktu yang terbuang. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi ini adalah dengan membuat perancangan dengan Data Flow Diagram, Blockchart, Flowchart dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem antrian yang terjadi pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palembang belum efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Sistem Antrian Online menggunakan QR Code dapat mempermudah dan mempersingkat proses pengambilan nomor antrian yang bisa dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja, guna meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan dan meminimalkan waktu tunggu masyarakat.
