Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) berdampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pelaporan sampah. Kota Palembang, Indonesia, merupakan salah satu kota yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pelaporan sampah dengan produksi harian sekitar 1.000 ton. DLHK Kota Palembang menghadapi kendala dalam pengaduan sampah, termasuk pengumpulan data yang tidak akurat dan pendataan pengaduan yang tidak tepat waktu, sehingga menghambat proses pengangkutan sampah yang dilakukan oleh petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif dalam melaporkan sampah melalui aplikasi pelaporan sampah berbasis mobile. Aplikasi ini akan dikembangkan menggunakan framework flutter dan bahasa pemrograman dart dengan metode pengembangan sistem prototype dan metode pemecah masalah algoritma haversine. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil melewati seluruh skenario pengujian dengan metode black box. Aplikasi ini juga dapat berjalan pada ponsel pintar dengan sistem operasi android terbaru. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan respons dan efektivitas pelaporan sampah serta mengatasi kendala pengumpulan data yang akurat dan pendataan yang tidak tepat waktu.
