Abstract
Laporan ini berisi tentang Aplikasi Aduan Kerusakan Perangkat Komputer Layanan Teknologi Informasi berbasis website di PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Tujuan dari penulisan laporan akhir ini untuk memenuhi syarat perkuliahan di Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Palembang. Sistem ini merupakan sistem pendukung kegiatan pegawai di PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Salah satu fungsi dari aplikasi ini yaitu membantu dalam proses pengaduan kerusakan perangkat komputer pegawai PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Sehingga mempermudah para pegawai dalam melaporkan aduan serta mempermudah para pegawai Layanan Teknologi Informasi PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja dalam mengelola aduan para user di PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Dengan ini, pegawai dengan mudah mengelola data laporan aduan dari user.
