Abstract
PT Berdikari Insurance (Persero) atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Asuransi Berdikari merupakan perusahaan asuransi yang sudah mengantongi izin usaha dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Aplikasi Pemilihan Asuransi General dapat membantu mengoptimalkan pemilihan asuransi yang di inginkan dan dapat dipilih secara lebih optimal. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk mencari solusi terbaik dengan mengoptimalkan beberapa Faktor Dengan demikian, sistem informasi ini dapat membantu PT Asuransi Berdikari akan dapat mengoptimalkan pemilihan Produk Asuransi secara lebih optimal.Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysismetode ini digunakan untuk merangking produk asuransi yang terdapat di perusahaan ke perusahaan lainnya selanjutnya. Pada pengujian prediksi ini menggunakan data Tarif Premi atau Kontribusi Kendaraan Bermotor pada linni usaha Asuransi Kendaraan sehingga pada hasil pengujian di sistem hasil Pemilihan Asuransi General menunjukkan sebesar -0.36947212073666 pada produk Comprehensive sedangkan -0.42053373129046 pada Total Lost Only ini mennunjukan bahwasannya produk Comprehensive lebih cocok di ambil dari pada produk Total Lost Only. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu Pelanggan agar dapat memilih Produk Asuransi Dari berbagai Instansi dan juga dapat memotong biaya dari pada tranportasi untuk melakukan konsultasi produk asuransi tersebut. hasil pemilihan menggunakan Metode MOORA yang berupa rule atau kondisi tercapai atau tidak tercapainya Pemilihan produk dan dapat melihat Ranking Asuransi mana yang seharusnya di ambil sehingga akan membantu pelanggan dalam melakukan keputusan kedepannya
