Abstract
Penerapan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kenaikan Pangkat adalah sistem yang dibuat untuk menentukan layak tidaknya kenaikan pangkat diberikan kepada pegawai Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini ada 2 (dua) metode yang digunakan yaitu: Metode Pengembangan system Rapid Application Development (RAD). Untuk Metode pengambilan keputusan menggunakan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Langkah yang dilakukan dalam AHP (menyusun hirarki, menentukan prioritas antar element, sintesis, mengukur konsistensi). Hal yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu: sebuah aplikasi website kenaikan panggkat yang dapat menentukan Kenaikan Pangkat pegawai menggunakan SPK dengan metode AHP dapat mempermudah dalam menentukan Layak atau Tidak layak pegawai mendapatkan kenaikan pangkat dan mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan laporan.
