Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi mengenai Pelayanan Gangguan pada PDAM Tirta Musi Unit Pelayanan KM IV Palembang dengan menggunakan Metode Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) yang mana aplikasi ini ditujukan untuk mempermudah pendataan pelayanan tindakan gangguan serta mencatat pengeluaran aktual dari material yang digunakan. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat sebuah rancangan dengan menggunakan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchart dan Entity Relationship Diagram, serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Dalam mengakses aplikasi ini terdapat 3 (tiga) actor pengguna, yaitu Staff Pelayanan, Admin Distribusi, dan Petugas. Setiap actor memiliki akses yang berbeda-beda pada aplikasi ini.
