Abstract

Abstrak: Aplikasi Pendataan Supplier dan Pemesanan pada Perum Bulog Kanwil Sumsel dan Babel merupakan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan mitra supplier di Perum Bulog. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan proses pendaftaran dan pemesanan bagi supplier yang ingin bermitra dengan Perum Bulog Kanwil Sumsel & Babel.Dalam pengembangannya, aplikasi ini memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk menghasilkan solusi yang efisien dan responsif. Penyimpanan data dilakukan melalui MySQL, yang memastikan keamanan dan skalabilitas dalam mengelola informasi supplier dan transaksi.Pimpinan Perum Bulog dapat dengan efisien mengevaluasi data supplier yang mendaftar melalui aplikasi, sehingga mempermudah proses seleksi. Setelah proses seleksi selesai, supplier yang memenuhi persyaratan akan menerima pemberitahuan bahwa mereka telah diterima sebagai mitra. Selanjutnya, supplier yang telah diterima dapat menggunakan fitur aplikasi untuk mengunggah penawaran barang.Peran admin dalam sistem ini adalah menghasilkan Purchase Order (PO) berdasarkan penawaran barang yang diunggah oleh supplier yang lulus seleksi. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini menciptakan alur kerja yang lebih efisien dan terstruktur dalam proses pemesanan barang, mengurangi potensi kesalahan dan mempercepat proses transaksi antara Perum Bulog dan mitra supplier.Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi ini membuktikan manfaatnya dalam mengotomatisasi dan memodernisasi proses pendataan supplier serta pemesanan barang di lingkungan Perum Bulog Kanwil Sumsel dan Babel. Dengan penggunaan teknologi ini, diharapkan bahwa kolaborasi antara Bulog dan supplier akan menjadi lebih lancar, transparan, dan efisien.
