Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir Ini adalah untuk membuat Sistem Informasi kepegawaian yang meliputi pengajuan cuti dan kenaikan gaji berkala pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang Sistem berbasis website ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan v Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram Level 1, Flowchart, Blockchart, Entity Relationship Diagram, dan Kamus Data. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP native, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript sebagai bahasa pemrograman, serta MySQL sebagai database manajemen sistem. Sistem ini memiliki tiga tipe pengguna, diantaranya admin, kepala badan, dan pegawai. Ketiganya memiliki hak akses masing-masing. Dengan adanya perancangan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja BPSDMD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan terutama pada bidang kepegawaian serta meningkatkan efektivitas kerja BPSDMD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.
