Abstract
Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Whatsapp Chatbot Untuk Layanan Informasi di Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Chatbot ini di integrasikan didalam whatsapp sehingga memudahkan pengguna dapat langsung mengirimkan pesan ke nomor whatsapp yang sudah dijadikan chatbot. Sistem Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Javascript dan database MySQL dengan bantuan third party platform yaitu wablas sebagai penghubung antara sistem aplikasi yang dibuat dengan aplikasi whatsapp dan dialogflow sebagai pengelola sebuah pesan agar dapat dimengerti sistem. Dengan dibuatnya sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kecepatan pelayanan informasi yang lebih baik bagi Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya.
