Abstract
Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat suatu Aplikasi Pengaduan Kerusakan dan Permintaan Fasilitas Kantor di BFI Finance Palembang Berbasis Website. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan ini adalah kesulitan dalam memberikan informasi dan melakukan perekapan laporan data pengaduan kerusakan dan permintaan fasilitas kantor. Aplikasi ini memproses data pengguna, data pengaduan, data permintaan, status data pengaduan dan permintaan, serta laporan. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain aplikasi ini adalah membuat rancangan dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan basis data MySQL-Front, serta dengan bahasa pengembangan aplikasi web lainnya. Dalam pengaksesannya, terdapat 3 tipe pengguna yang dapat mengakses aplikasi ini diantaranya pimpinan, admin, dan pegawai dimana masing-masing memiliki akses yang berbeda. Pimpinan dapat memvalidasi data pengaduan dan data kerusakan serta menerima laporan, admin dapat memberikan hak akses untuk pengguna dengan cara aktivasi akun, melakukan pengeditan data, memperbarui status pengaduan dan permintaan, serta mencetak data yang diperlukan, sedangkan pegawai hanya dapat menambahkan data dan melihat status pengaduan kerusakan dan permintaan fasilitas kantor di BFI Finance Palembang. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melayani pengaduan kerusakan dan permintaan fasilitas kantor.
