Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Pengajuan Instalasi Air Bersih PDAM Tirta Raja Berbasis Website yang meliputi input data pengajuan dan data pembayaran oleh Pelanggan. Admin mengelola data pelanggan, mengajukan revisi, mengkonfirmasi pembayaran. Teknisi dapat mengakses data dan melakukan input barang yang diperlukan beserta harganya.Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC system Development Life Cycle. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem ini adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi pada pengajuan instalasi air bersih.
