Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Penentuan Lokasi Mitra Planet Ban Berbasis Website pada PT Surganya Motor Indonesia yang meliputi input data toko, edit, dan hapus data yang sudah diinput ke sistem. Proses yang digunakan untuk Membangun Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode pengembangan Air Terjun (Waterfall). Adapun proses yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi ini adalah membuat perancangan dengan Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram, Flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram, dan Kamus Data. Sistem ini memiliki 3 pengguna yakni staff, petugas surve, dan pimpinan. Staff dapat menginput data kriteria dan data sub kriteria. Petugas survei dapat menginput data toko dan data survei. Pimpinan dapat melihat hasil laporan survei dan data toko.
