Abstract

Perkembangan dunia teknologi berlangsung cepat dengan hadirnya berbagai perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, maka tidaklah heran jika di berbagai perusahaan, instansi, atau organisasi banyak yang menggunakan komputer sebagai alat bantu yang mampu menyimpan dan mengolah segala macam data dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan semakin berkembangnya dunia teknologi, maka hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Kantor Camat Kertapati untuk membuat surat keterangan ahli waris bagi masyaraakat kecamatan Kertapati berbasis Website. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penyusunan laporan akhir ini adalah untuk membuat suatu Aplikasi Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Keterangan Ahli Waris Bagi Masyarakat Pada Kecamatan Kertapati Berbasis Website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySQL. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Kantor Camat Kertapati dalam pembuatan surat keterangan ahli waris adalah memakan waktu yang lama serta sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses pembuatan surat keterangan ahli waris. Proses pembuatan surat keterangan ahli waris dibuat berdasarkan prosedur yang telah di tetapkan. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari 5 user yaitu masyarakat, rukun tetangga, lurah, kesos, camat. Aplikasi ini memproses data akun user, data kelurahan, data masyarakat, data rukun tetangga, data surat, dan data waris. Untuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak, menggunakan metode terstruktur yaitu Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi ini adalah metode Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
