Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui standar pelayanan minimal dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap akuntabilitas publik badan layanan umum daerah di rumah sakit BARI palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden 30 Pegawai Rumah Sakit BARI Palembang. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa standar pelayanan minimal dan pemanfatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positiif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Akuntabilitas Publik. Nilai koefisien Determinasi (R2) adalah sebesar 0,986 atau sebesar 98,6% yang berarti bahwa variabel standar pelayanan minimal dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi bekontribusi sebesar 98,6% terhadap akuntabilitas publik.
