Abstract
World of internet progressively expand, especially the use of communication and information media, both for having the character of intern and public. There for the main purpose of writing this final report is to build an application base on computerization at PT. Jasaraharja Putera branch Palembang in the world of internet. With the existence of website personal accident insurance online PT. Jasaraharja Putera branch Palembang, is expected by customer and society get easiness to register themselves at personal accident insurance PT. Jasaraharja Putera branch Palembang and Administration section can more easy to processing data administration personal accident insurance online PT. Jasaraharja Putera branch Palembang.
