Abstract
Widiyanti Hospital is one of the private agencies that stir in the health sector where the Widiyanti Hospital provide health care services to the community, especially to pregnant women and children under five. This patient during registration to apply directly to the hospital in the Administration. By way of this speerti often causes queues because the number of patients who come in quite a lot while the registration process is still using handwritten mdia. Also, they are not informed about what services are provided by the hospital due to lack of information provided by the Hospital. Hospitals only create brochures as a medium of information for patients. From this problem the authors are trying to create a system that can facilitate the public to register as a patient so as not to cause the queue again came to the hospital. The research methods used were interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of this study in the form of information systems Widiyanti Hospital where the system is built using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. This system is expected to be applied and more easily understood by the user so that it can further streamline the patient registration process and provide information needed by the community.
