Abstract
The objectives this final report were to know how the implementation discipline of employees junior high school 38 palembang and the efforts to increase the discipline of employess in work. the method used in this study are primary and secondary. Data analysis was descriptive and qualitative methods. using recavitulation take attendance and questionnaire. the results of the questionnaire showed that total discipline in junior high school 38 palembang palembang well. employee work time is still low at under 21%. punishment is one way to solve the problem of lack of discipline. sometimes give rewards can make employees more diligent and disciplined
