Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to determine how much the effect of the pricetowards the purchasing decision in Golden Estate of PT Bagus Utama Karya Palembang. PT Bagus Utama Karya Palembang is located at Kolonel H. Burlian km 9,5 Komplek Kelapa Gading Center blok 4c4d. The writer wanted to know the extent of the effect of the price towards the purchasing decision in Golden Estate and the efforts was being made to increase the sales volume, which the sales volume is obtained through the factors of purchasing decisions. To know that effect, the writer was distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents where respondents as the consumers who had bought a house in the housing Golden Estate. The results of the data processed by using simple regression analysis. The writer obtain that the number of R squareis 40,5 percent, it means that influence of the prices towards purchasing decisionis 40,5 percent. The company should set the prices relatively high but according to the purchasing power of consumers and allocate funds of type 90 construction for the construction of houses type 45 and 70 due that two types of house are most sold to benefit as expected.
