Abstract
This research was done seeing the implementation of existing training in the Office of the Board of Directors of PT Mitra Ogan Plantation Palembang, training in the Office of Director of PT Mitra Ogan Palembang Plantation there are four types of training: education, seminars, in-house training and study visits. Aiming for the knowledge and insights of employees Based on one of the key performance indicators has increased from year 2013-2014 are influenced by several factors, one of which is training. Thus the authors with the aim to find out how the implementation of the training program and how the performance of employees in the office of the directors of PT Plantation Ogan Palembang. Known by using a quantitative method that the provision of training in the office of directors at PT Plantation Mitra Ogan Palembang, with the results of questionnaires training programs can improve the ability to carry out the work.
