Abstract
Designing Electronic Filing System in BadanKepegawaian Daerah danDiklat Kota Palembang has the problem how to design electronic filing system to be applied in BadanKepegawaian Daerah danDiklat Kota Palembang. The Data which used in this final report are primary data collected with observation and interviewabout filing management in BadanKepegawaian Daerah danDiklat Kota Palembang and secondary data about history and working activity in the institute. This final report used qualitativedescriptivemethod with focus to researched points, helped with reading books which contain about the researched problem therefore can provide information that author needs and finally try to conclude conclusions and suggestions. This final report results are filing management in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah dan Diklat Kota Palembang need to be fixed and apply filing electronic Canofile for Windows.
