Abstract
The purpose from this final report is to make Application of the indoor and outdoor repair and commutation at PT. Telekomunikasi (Telkom) Maintance Service Center (MSC) Palembang using PHP language with Database MySQL. The problem that they got is processing data and repair things that conducted by PT. Telekomunikasi Maintenance Service Ceter (MSC) hasn’t efectif yet on use of existing application. Recording and processing data repair still manually. Data data collected by observation and interview directly with employee PT. Telekomunikasi Maintenance Service Ceter (MSC). Then, these datas analyzed and got purpose that good processing repairing data and commutation data of the indoor and outdoor data be used at PT. Telekomunikasi (Telkom) Maintenance Service Center (MSC) is using Application of the indoor and outdoor repair and commutation at PT. Telekomunikasi (Telkom) Maintenance Service Center (MSC) Palembang. The application hoped can fix the exisiting problem and could increase performance PT. Telekomunikasi (Telkom) Maintenance Service Center (MSC).
