Abstract

Each company is required to be able to operate its business in accordance with well planned, Running its business, HR factor is an important factor in achieving these goals. HR or employees generally always want to be appreciated, it is considered useful and important in doing a variety of things. In the other side, the company wants its employees always have loyalty and high morale, so the company's goals can be achieved. Many companies provide motivation in many ways such as providing incentives, because incentives are the remuneration which given by the company to the employees for boosting a morale. The authors take the title of the Final Report "Implementation Procedures Employee Incentives Production Section Pamapersada Operator PT Nusantara" The purpose of the study of this final report are: To know the process of production employees incentives in the PAMA. On this method, the authors obtained the data with the interviews, research into library related issues discussed. The methods that has been used is the descriptive and qualitative method that describes an object in accordance with the facts, without exaggeration and expressed in the form of words, sentences and images. From the results of research conducted in PAMA that the process of granting incentives to the operator views from JKP, FPI, TA. PAMA latter authors suggest that in the granting of incentives the company is operator of production should be separated between base salary with incentives.
