Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to determine how the employees performance appraisal system at PLTGU 110 MW PT Sumberdaya Sewatama Up. Gunung Megang Muara Enim. The data collected through interview, questionnaires and library research. The writer used qualitative and quantitave method. The sample of this research are all of the employees at PLTGU 110 MW PT Sumberdaya Sewatama Up. Gunung Megang Muara Enim. The data were analyzed by using percentage system. Base on questionaire the employees performance appraisal system at PLTGU 110 MW PT Sumberdaya Sewatama Up. Gunung Megang Muara Enim overall has done with good enough. Although still there is the lowest of dimension percentage like result of appraisal with score 17,24% and for the highest score is dimension of information about employees performance appraisal with score 80,45%. The writer suggest that PLTGU 110 MW PT Sumberdaya Sewatama Up. Gunung Megang Muara Enim should further improve the employees performance appraisal with evaluated the employees performance appraisal system in order the employees performance appraisal which has been applied can do with objektiv
