Abstract

The final report entitled Consumers Assessment about Retailing Mix Alfamart Minimarket in Loyality Shopping. The purpose of final report conducted to know the consumers assessment about retailing mix Alfamart Minimarket in loyality shopping and retailing mix variables were the most dominant being Alfamart minimarket consumers choice in the shop for loyality. The research object was cunsumers of Alfamart minimarket Angkatan 45 Ilir Barat I Palembang. Data collection got through literatures, interviews and questionnares. Data management using percentages fomula and score interpretation. There were six retailing mix variables that rated by consumers in shopping loyality Alfamart minimarket i.e. location of 73,4% with strong interpretation, products of 75,4% with strong interpretation, prices of 55,1% with enough interpretation, promotion of 59,3% with enough interpretation, shop atmosphere of 74,2% with strong interpretation and service of 80,4% with very strong interpretation and consumers loyalitiy in shopping of 65,9% with strong interpretation, and the most dominant variable was service.
