Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to know, understand and learn the importance of implementation of Unique Value Proposition in a company BTPN Palembang. Problems found by the authors is how the application of the Bank Bank UVP Palembang. Collecting data using qualitative data analysis technique that is based philosophy or enterpretif, used to examine the natural objects of researchers as a key instrument, and the results of qualitative research is more pressing on the significance of the generalization (Sugiyono, 2014). Results and conclusions of processing and analysis is that the application of the Company's Unique Value propositon BTPN Palembang has not run optimally because there are still problems in the implementation of the UVP who did not come in time for implementation of activities, lack of promotion process that can not be accepted by nasbah and society , limited room for training so that disrupt banking activity. Therefore, the authors suggest that companies provide room for implementation of training activities and improve the promotion or introduce Power Program by promoting in social media and print media that can be understood by customers and society. UVP program's success also should pay attention to the time discipline of trainees for the activities run within their predetermined note.
