The purpose of this report wanted to know about the assessment of employee performance of PT Adhi Pratama Perkasa in OPI Mall Palembang and the employees’ opinion of the assessment employee performance. The research was done at PT Adhi Pratama Perkasa located at Jalan K.H. Bastari, Jakabaring. The data were collected through interview, and questionnaire and were also analysed based on the theoretical review developed. The writer directly interviewed chief to get more information and the result of questionnaire was treated by percentage formula. The assessment of employee performance is done by security coordinator and helped by particular team to make an objective performance assessment, it doesn’t inform to the employees. The employees don’t know about the elements in the assessment of employee performance, the result of performance assessment isn’t given to their employee. It is only known by chief because it’s confidential. Based on these, the writer suggests that the company should do the transparent assessment performance so the employee will understand all of performance assessment chief did, the result of assessment employee’s performance will be better if the chief give it to their employee so it will be motivation and self-correction tool for the employee to give the best for their company and the chief should keep the secrecy of particular team that the chief made to give the information needed for the assessement of employee performance.
