Abstract

The title of this final report is the implementation of compensation in PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Prabumulih. The purpose of this final report is to know how the implementation of compensation in PT Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Prabumulih. Interview and questionnaries were use in this final report as a method. the company has fulfilled compensated both financially and non financially. In financially compensation, sallary has 79%, allowance has 73%, then insentif has 82% and non financially compensation is facilities has 93%. The most dominant dimension is facilities. Its better for company to give allowance in health and premi for employe that have positif constribuction to the company.
