Abstract
Measuring tool of height, weight and body temperature based ATMega2560, ATMega328, Ultrasonic PING))) (proximity sensor), load cell (pressure sensor) and MLX90614 (temperature sensor) are kind of tools which are used as a parameter of quantity of height, weight and temperature of the human body based on specific unit with digital display. The way this tool working is based on the reflected ultrasonic beam, the preassure og the object and the reflection og the infrared rays. How the system working includes ultrasonic (distance sensor), load cell (weight sensor), MLX90614 (temperature sensor), op-amp, microcontroller, DC motor and LCD. This tool system is a kind of circuit that can change a magnitude of electrical system. After signal conditionning process, analog voltage is converted into digital data by ATMega2560, ATMega328 and then displayed on the LCD. The display value is an information of measurement of weight, height and bodu temperature. The conveyor belt that carries MLX90614 will rotate when receiving the response of the sensor ultrasonic PING))) adjust height right fornt of forehead of the object and the sensitivity of temperature will affect by the distance, the greater of distance the lower temperature will detected. The higher object the faster response of echo to processed data. It is contradictive with HX711,the lightweight object then the lower voltage that received by pin DT and getting stronger the amplifier that comes out to show how heavy the object is on LCD.
