Abstract

In the evaluation system penerangaan street lights , the main factor is for the safety , comfort, and beauty for users jlan who should receive special attention . The street lighting is very beneficial at night or during dark conditions such as rain or overcast . Thus the authors evaluated the lighting system of street lights on the road Baypass Alang alang Lebar. The results obtained from the 3095 meters long with a road width of 9 meters . For the calculation of the installation of street lights based on the fact that there is in the field by taking into account the state of roads and road classification . Lamps used is 250W SON-T lamps . The total number is 130 light lamps , after an evaluation, the lighting system of street lights on the road Baypass Reed Width Palembang there are already meet and there are not yet allowed to comply with the standard guidelines .
