Abstract

Identification on water distribution valve control system based on Arduino UNO used Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is made to prevent sabotage that may cause harm to an industry. To be able to use the water distributing valve control system is a operator must have permission first, because if don’t have control permission, then switch the control provided will not function even if pressed repeatedly. To get control permission an operator must do identification (identity recognition) in a way closer ID Card (RFID tag) that have by operator to the RFID reader that installed on the device. There are two modes of control on the device that is automatic and manual, the automatic mode valve water supply will run automatically according to the percentage of the volume of water in the tank is displayed on the LCD by utilizing ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 to measure the water level in the tank and give a signal to the valve so that valve opens and water supplies, and in manual mode the valve can be directly opened and closed by pressing a button.In this device height or volume of water that is displayed on the LCD have a slight difference value by manually measurement of 0.4 cm with a maximum water level by 23 cm at the time of wave propagation for 730 us and a frequency of 1369 Hz and at the time of high water 16 cm with a time of propagation for 1680 us and a frequency of 595 Hz, which means that the distance sensor to the object will affect the wave propagation time and frequency values are affected by the wave travel time.
