Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to create a Applications of Medical Record Data Processing Outpatient and Inpatient in Siti Mirza Hospital Palembang. Data collection methods used are primary data in the form of interviews and observations, as well as secondary data. While the analysis of the system development using RUP (Rational Unified Process). This application was built using Visual Studio 2012 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008Database. The results obtained in this report are the applications that display some form of 5 (five) user registration officer, the officer poly, zal officers, administrative officers, and directors have their respective duties and authority . The following page, login page, the main page, patient identity page, search page and change the patient's identity, the registration page, the page outpatient, inpatient page, page report, physician data pages, and pages of user data. .
