Abstract
The title of this thesis is "Information System Integration Customer Service At Kertapati Health Center Palembang". Data obtained from Kertapati health centers located Jl. Clark Abikusno Suyoso RT07 No. 335 Ex. Grand Kemang district. Kertapati Palembang South Sumatra 30 258 in the form of patient data, patient complaint data, patient drug data, and patient referral data. The method used is observation and questionnaires. In the development of systems using the RUP (Unified Relational proccess). The results obtained are: customer care or data processing Kertapati patients in the clinic is good enough for using bookkeeping and computerized. But still using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or bookkeeping. Application word and excel or bookkeeping aimed at small to medium-scale establishments, making it less precise or accounting application users on a Kertapati health centers. Where puskusmas is one of the major agencies every day process patient data in large quantities. Of these pemasalahan then built the "Information System Integration Customer Service At Kertapati Health Center Palembang." That can process data into a data report listing patients, patient complaint data, patient drug data, and data services referral of patients more effectively and efficiently. The design of the system or application using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This application development program using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) and MYSQL database.
