Abstract

Design of conveyors on automatic drinking filler machine using conveyors who moved with 12 volt DC motor. We have made a circuit of DC motor speed control system using dual H-bridge mosfet driver. The PWM of DC motor is setting using Arduino UNO, for the purpose to make the rotation of DC motor to be constant. The value of voltage and current is not changed when the conveyors have no load with the value of voltage and current are 12,5 V and 0,07 A. The value of voltage and current will be changed with the range of time is taken between 1 s until 60 s when the conveyors have load, then the value of voltage who measurable in 1 s showing the voltage on 11 V with the value of current is 0,063 A. On 10 s until 60 s when the conveyors have load, the value of voltage who measurable have an increase from 11,2 V to be 12 V with the value of current is 0,064 A to be 0,07 A. From this, we can see that the increase of the current and voltage is happened that showing there is ohm law where the voltage (V) is comparable with current (I), if the value of the voltage have increase then the value of current have increase too.
