Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of compensation conflict and work onperformance of employees at PT RadenCahyaSampoernaSakti. The data collection methods used in this research i.e. research field with data collection through interviews and questionnaires as well as a research library with reading and studying books that deal with the problems as material input research. The data used in this study with a questionnaire which had been distributed to the 47 respondents, engineering analysis of likert scale was used to measure the value of the respondent's answer. This scale was widely used because it gives opportunities to the respondents to express their feelings in the form of an approval of a question, and then to calculate the percentage of the respondents ' answers on questionnaires the author uses the formula Interpretation Score total score where research is shared with the ideal score and multiplied by one hundred percent. The variables of this study consist of Compensation(X 1) Conflict work (X 2) and the performance of the employees (Y). The results of this research is the average variable compensation earn 71.43% of the score belongs into interpretation score "strong". Variable labor conflict gets an average score of 73.58% score interpretation belongs to the "strong".
