Abstract
Chicken is one of the livestock that has been cultivated well by villagers and citizens. The process of mixing chicken foods using manual manpower is less effective because it usually makes the mixed composition of foods given is not right. To overcome these problems, an automatic chicken feed mixer was designed. The purpose of designing this tool is to create an automated system based on Arduino MEGA on a mixer that can mix chicken feed. Automatic systems include detecting the presence or absence of containers, putting food and water that has the right composition and mixing the foods. This tool uses photodioda module sensor as container detector, load cell sensor as weight detector, Arduino MEGA as controller, servo motor as food container holder, and module relay as activator of water pump and mixer.
