Abstract

This final report explains how to monitoring of PCB board cutcontroller using visual basic.This tool has input using infrared sensor and LM35 temperature sensor, infrared sensor as indicator to turn on and off the PCB cutting machine. When the PCB board closes the infrared sensor 1 thePCBwill turn on,,so the counting process will be started and sent to the computer to be calculated and inserted into the database .Next, when it finished cutting the PCB board will close the infrared sensor 2 machine so it caused the machine automatically turn off. Then the temperature sensor serves to measure the temperature of the PCB board cutting machine when first activated and will be displayed to the LCD which is then displayed to the computer via serial communication as realtime information, if the temperature on the PCB cutting machine exceeds the normal limit then the relay will automatically disconnect the power to the PCB board cutting machine and buzzer will ringing as an indicator that the temperature has exceeded the specified limit.
